Swiss gross-to-net salary calculator 2026
In Switzerland, 5.3% for AHV/IV/EO, 1.1% for unemployment insurance (up to CHF 148’200 a year), the pension fund contribution and non-occupational accident insurance are deducted from the gross salary. The calculator uses the official rates from 01.01.2026.

Not included: withholding tax or income tax, daily sickness allowance insurance and family allowances (paid on top). Pension fund “legal minimum”: retirement credit age 25–34 7%, age 35–44 10%, age 45–54 15%, age 55–65 18% of the coordinated salary (CHF 26’460–90’720, at least CHF 3’780), half paid by you, from an annual salary of CHF 22’680; most pension funds charge more (risk premiums, extra-mandatory benefits), your payslip shows your rate.
